The fine screen is composed of two independent screening systems, equivalent to two traditional fine screens installed in the same frame. Driven by a single vibrator, each system consists of two screen meshes. Between each pair of screen meshes, there is a pulp trough lined with wear-resistant polyester rubber. With the help of a spray water device, the oversize product is thoroughly turned over and crushed in the pulp trough, and then screened again to separate coarse and fine particles.
I. Structural and Performance Advantages
Excitation and Feeding Design: The vibration motor excitation (with a new layout) ensures reasonable force on the motor bearings, doubling their lifespan. The two-stage feeding design is equivalent to having two screening machines, saving space and facilitating the replacement of fine mesh screens.
Structural Strength Assurance: The screen box has undergone finite element static and dynamic analysis, ensuring that the strength of key parts and the overall dynamic performance meet the standards.
Maintenance Convenience: Minimal maintenance requirements reduce human-induced failures; vibration motor failures can be quickly replaced.
Screen Mesh and Processing Capacity: Equipped with high-quality polyester screen meshes, the unit processing capacity far exceeds that of traditional metal meshes. It supports multi-path feeding to further improve efficiency, and its anti-clogging characteristics enable the screening of fine and ultra-fine particles that were previously difficult to handle.
Tungsten and Tin Ores:
The high-frequency fine screen can replace or be combined with spiral classifiers and hydrocyclones, operating in closed circuit with grinding mills. This improves grading efficiency, reduces over-grinding of valuable materials, and increases recovery rates by 10-15%. Additionally, the grinding mill capacity is enhanced by over 20-30%.
Iron Ore and Ilmenite:
The high-frequency fine screen is used for concentrate particle size control and grading, effectively removing coarse intergrowths. Under the same grinding mill capacity, the concentrate grade is stably increased by 1-3%, and the filter moisture content is reduced by 0.5-1%.
General Replacement Advantage:
Replacing vibrating screens, the screening efficiency is increased by over 20%, and the grinding mill capacity is enhanced by more than 10%.
