The Banana Tension Screen integrates the principles of equal-thickness screening, linear vibration theory, and sub-resonance of a two-mass system, combining the advantages of both banana screens and tension screens. It is a new type of screening machine with high capacity, high screening efficiency, and anti-clogging features. It is mainly used for screening fine, sticky, and wet materials that are difficult to screen, such as coal grading, desliming, dewatering, and medium removal, and is also suitable for screening and grading other minerals.
