The coarse separation linear vibrating screen features high screening precision, large processing capacity, simple structure, low energy consumption, low noise, long screen mesh life, good sealing, minimal dust dispersion, and easy maintenance. It is suitable for automated operations in production lines. It is widely used in industries such as chemical, food, plastic, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, glass, building materials, grain, fertilizer, abrasive, and ceramics for screening dry powdery or granular materials.

Main Features and Advantages of the Product:

1. Cost-saving: The replacement of flange-type vibration motors is faster and more convenient than traditional structures, reducing losses caused by downtime.

2. Flexibility: The excitation force can be easily adjusted by increasing or decreasing the number of eccentric blocks, which is difficult and time-consuming with traditional structures.

3. Time-saving: Re-manufacturing the exciter structure takes 6-8 weeks, while replacing a flange-type vibration motor only takes a few hours.

4. Safety: In traditional exciter structures, the motor and pulley are installed on the outside of the vibrating screen. With flange-type vibration motors, there are no other moving parts on the side plates.

5. Compactness: The structure of flange-type vibration motors is simple, eliminating the need for safety housings or bridges required by traditional motor and pulley structures.

6. High efficiency: The power-to-weight ratio is higher than that of traditional structures.

7. Performance: Most eccentric shaft structures can only reach a speed of 850 rpm, but flange-type vibration motors are available in 4-pole, 6-pole, and 8-pole options, with a maximum speed of 1800 rpm, offering a wider range of applications.

8. The equipment foundation is small and occupies less space, which can significantly save construction costs. Alternatively, with the same construction costs, it can greatly increase the space for equipment operation and maintenance.
