The ZWS series high-frequency vibrating screen is an ideal choice for final screening applications, providing high-frequency vibrations on each layer of the screen mesh. These screening devices offer the highest screening efficiency and capacity available in the fine material screening industry. They can screen materials ranging from 40 mm to 0.4 mm.
Main Features and Advantages of the Product:
1. Screen Mesh: Made of stainless steel with a high open-area ratio.
2. Fixed Screen Frame: The screen mesh vibrates at high frequency while the frame remains stationary, reducing energy consumption, wear and tear, extending service life, minimizing maintenance, and lowering noise levels. There is no dynamic load, resulting in low installation requirements.
3. Wear-resistant Protection: Components in contact with pulp are lined with 6mm wear-resistant rubber/polyurethane, providing wear and corrosion resistance, and facilitating convenient maintenance and disassembly.
4. Screen Mesh Tensioning Device: Upper and lower hook plates with anti-slip design ensure quick mesh replacement and tensioning, reducing downtime and increasing production capacity.
5. Hydraulic Drive Vibration Mechanism: The hydraulic vibrator offers stepless speed adjustment from 0 to 4000 RPM and five adjustable amplitude levels to achieve optimal screening efficiency and output. An optional 3600 RPM electric vibrator is also available.
6. Hydraulic Control Valve Group: Each valve corresponds to one vibrator, allowing individual frequency adjustment to optimize screening parameters for each layer of the screen mesh and achieve the best screening results.
7. Adjustable Angle: The steel rope suspension installation allows for flexible angle adjustment to match material characteristics and feed rates, precisely controlling material speed and layer thickness for optimal screening efficiency.
8. Sealed and Environmentally Friendly: The outer frame is vibration-free, making it easy to seal and dust-proof. Optional ethylene plastic full-seal dust cover or metal dust cover with a dust inlet are available.
