Main Product Features and Advantages:
The HFDS series linear high-frequency dewatering screen utilizes two motors with identical parameters symmetrically mounted on the excitation beam, rotating synchronously in opposite directions. The motors are installed at a 90-degree angle, with vertical forces canceling each other out and horizontal forces superimposing to make the screen perform linear reciprocating motion. The vibration frequency can reach 1,500 times per minute. It is suitable for difficult-to-dewater materials with high viscosity and fine particles, and is particularly applicable to the coal mining industry.
