HLGC composite pulsating vertical ring high gradient magnetic separator is a new type of highly efficient electromagnetic type magnetic separator. The main characteristics and advantages are as follows: the magnetic separation zone with high gradient can be formed, and the magnetic circuit has less magnetic flux leakage. It enjoys high enrichment ratio, less blockage, wide size range of sorting, and strong adaptability.
Operation Scope
Ferrous metals: the selective recovery of martite, hematite, limonite, siderite, manganese ore and so on
Non-ferrous metals: the magnetic separation and recovery of fine wolframite disseminated intungsten-quartz vein; the separation of pyrrhotite from cassiterite polymetallic sulfide ore; the magnetic separation between cassiterite and wolframite, limonite and other minerals; the magnetic separation of scheelite from wolframite, garnet as well as other minerals.
Rare metals: the magnetic separation and recovery of ilmenite, tantalum niobite, zinnwaldite, monazite, xenotime and other minerals; the separation between spodumene and amphibole, ilmenite and artificial rutile, rutile and garnet, amphibole and so on
Nonmetals: purification of the raw materials of glass and ceramic such as quartz, feldspar and kaolin; the removal of iron from high temperature fireproof materials, sillimanite, andalusite and kyanite and the removal of detrimental impurities in amphibole, mica, tourmaline, garnet and so on.
