Development History
♣ In 1993, R&D of single-layer high-frequency vibration fine screen was started;
♣ In 1995, the single-layer high-frequency vibration fine screen was successfully applied and promoted and it won national prize for progress in science and technology;
♣ In 1999, R&D of polyester screen was started;
♣ In 2002, TPU thermoplastic polyester screen was developed;
♣ In 2003, the stack sizer high-frequency vibration screen was developed;
♣ In 2004, the CPU pouring polyester screen was developed and put into operation; the first triplex stack sizer high-frequency vibration fine screen was developed; In 2005, the triplex stack sizer high-frequency vibration fine screen was put into operation and the quintuple stack sizer high-frequency vibration fine screen was developed;
♣ In 2006, the quintuple stack sizer high-frequency vibration fine screen was put into operation; 0.20 mm polyester screen was developed;
♣ In 2007, the long-cylinder electrical vibrator and wear-resistant glue spraying technology were applied in iron ore industry;
♣ In 2008, 0.10 mm polyester screen was developed;
♣ In 2009, 0.08mm polyester screen was developed;
♣ In September 2010, the deslagging screen was developed and put into operation.
♣ In December 2011, the distributing device adjustable high-frequency vibrating screen was developed and put into operation. It won invention patent: ZL.2012 2 0669473.7.
♣ In January 2012, the buffer type high-frequency vibration fine screen that can increase service life of screen was developed and put into operation. It won invention patent: ZL.2012 2 0670373.6.
♣ In May 2012, tensioning anti-off bolt and nut high vibration screen was developed and put into operation. It won invention patent: ZL.2012 2 0669773.5.
♣ In July 2014, ore grinding and grading method to increase treatment capacity of copper ore and lead zinc ore was developed and put into operation. It won invention patent: ZL 2012 1 0447871.9.
♣ In July 2014, wave vibrating screen with high aperture ratio was developed and applied for national patent.
♣ In December 2014, utility model patent for high-efficiency thickener was approved.
